Liana Young

BACK-UP VOCALS

while she is generally uninterested in writing tawdry bios for websites, Liana has, with much begging, given us a sampling of her fabulous life experiences. She has been singing since she was a tiny one, and professionally since sweet sixteen. Over the last 2 decades Lili has travelled the country performing in all kinds of shows, including musicals, cabarets, and raves. She has performed for audiences of thousands, and also, lucky for Bekka, at most of her birthday parties for the last 15 years. She has contributed her soulful and and emotive vocals/songwriting to a multitude of tracks, including "ETI," "TheEBomber," with EzLuv, and Om records, "Afromystik", and the upcomin Frogland Orchestra record, "Electic Lilypad."

Currently, Lili is a featured performer in "8 Track- The Soundtrack to the Seventies", a touring musical that has pulled in enthusiastic audiences around the country for over 3 years. She is the winner of two Bay Area Critics Circle Awards for her work in the theater.
